A solution focused model of psychotherapy provides a framework to facilitate change. We talk in a way that helps you overcome your challenges and connects to your own strengths, resources, and wisdom. The dialogue helps you articulate what you want to change and what you want to achieve. It’s a cooperative and practical form of therapy.


Hypnotherapy guides you into a deeply relaxed state of hypnosis which brings your subconscious mind into the conversation. Your subconscious resources and templates can be accessed, they become open to positive suggestion.

It is a safe, gentle way of helping you shift deep rooted behaviours and form new insights and understandings.


We connect to your body as a tool to develop awareness, self-regulate; and feel whole, connected and present. We can listen to the body’s wisdom to find balance, safety and be empowered.

I teach you some simple exercises to be more grounded and alive. We make sure that all the benefits of the sessions are real for you and are given a form that means something in your life.


Mindfulness helps you be more aware of how you are, and of your habits - calmly and without judgement.

Being mindful allows you to recognise that your thoughts are not facts, you can switch off from the automatic pilot of negative thoughts and switch on to being truly alive. This fosters a shift in perspective which leads to having more control, more choices… more possibilities.

Hypnotherapy Online

Online Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions take place via Zoom. This approach delivers the same benefits as face-to-face therapy and for some clients, such as those with high anxiety or those traveling a lot, there are real advantages in being able to work in this way.

All that is needed on your side is a good online connection, preferably via a computer, laptop or tablet and a nice and quiet environment for your session where we won’t be disturbed.

I am delighted to work with clients either online, or in person in Bristol:


All sessions last up to one hour, with the exception of smoking cessation programs. The initial consultation and the deposit for smoking cessation are to be paid in advance at the time of booking to secure the space. Subsequent payment is normally taken at the end of each session. Payments for online sessions must be made online prior to the session.

3.5 hours in 3 sessions spread over 4 weeks. No initial consultation necessary.

Cancellation policy

Please let me know as soon as possible if you cannot attend an agreed appointment or wish to change the time. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, the charge for that session is still payable. This applies to packages and block bookings.
In extreme circumstances, I may choose to waive the cancellation fee e.g., severe disruptive weather conditions, bereavement, etc. 

Packages and block bookings (such as Stop smoking therapy or IBS package) must be paid in advance or on first session and are non-refundable.
