Stopping smoking is one of the most positive changes you can make to your life. Maybe you really want to stop smoking, but it seems scary, overwhelming, and just too hard. You say to yourself “I can’t stop smoking”.
So, you keep postponing it for next week. And then the week after… then you find excuses such as "I have to smoke to alleviate stress" or "It helps me cope". These are subconscious responses when the subconscious mind has been faultily programmed. Only 10% of the addiction to tobacco is physical, the rest is in the mind. “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” -Theodore Roosevelt
How can Hypnotherapy help with stopping smoking?
The interesting reason behind hypnotherapy’s success in quitting smoking is that it makes use of the imagination to create positive changes in your mind. It is a very empowering process, putting you firmly in charge of your life and turn “giving up” into a rewarding achievement that bears fruits beyond expectations.
Clinical Hypnotherapy, combining hypnosis with a Solution Focused approach, is particularly effective with smoking cessation because it deals directly with the subconscious mind where your smoking programming is held.
Together we can help you take control of the smoking habit for good and naturally without drugs, so you can confidently live the life you deserve.
Hypnotherapy helps you to relax, easing any symptoms of stress and creating a positive cognitive environment that is open to change
Solution Focused therapy helps you to focus on how you want things to be, thus defining your vision of wellbeing and your future smoke free version of yourself in your mind. This engages and motivate all of you to find the best possible way to create the changes you desire
Self-Hypnosis, a powerful creative visualisation technique, to hard wire your vision of well-being and support continued self-care between and after sessions
Hypnotherapy is not something done to you, it is collaborative.
You need to be ready to engage and commit to your own process of change. As long as it’s your decision to stop smoking and you are prepared to get on board, then hypnotherapy immediately becomes a very effective tool to help you regain your freedom.
The 3 Steps to Freedom Plan:
✔ Smoking cessation therapy is available as a course of three sessions of hypnotherapy over 4 weeks adding up to 3.5 hours.

✔ We explore your motivation to quit and your bigger picture of health and success.
✔ We give you hypnosis tools and preparation time designed specifically around your personality, including self-hypnosis. We go through a trial and tested hypnosis session designed to deeply change your mind about smoking.
