A three parts course to dive into the fundamental principles of Qigong practice.

Join me for a 3 week online course to learn the fundamentals of Qigong

As we settle into Spring, this is an excellent time to learn something new.

The Yang energy of Spring lifts and energises us, the perfect time to connect to your life force, your Qi, using simple method to become calmer, more centered, as well as energised, clear in mind and heart.

Qigong is a system of movement, posture, breathing and meditation for working with the life force in the body. The purpose of these exercises is for grounding,  healing, self-transformation and for deepening our spiritual connection.

The course will take you through the practice of some of the most important and fundamental aspects of Qigong.

We will have time for led personal inquiry and practice of fundamental Qigong forms such as Warm ups, Doh-in (Slapping and rubbing), Wuchi (standing), the Qi ball, Central channel practices as well some sitting meditation and inquiry.

What we will practice together:

Week 1: Jing principle: The Body as temple: alignment, relaxation. Defining your presence. Warmup routines. Guided meditation. Guided somatic inquiry.

Week 2: Qi Principle: Breath is Energy: Qi circulation, the lower dantien, the Qi ball. Breathing to ground the Qi in the dantien. Guided meditation. Guided somatic inquiry.

Week 3: Shen principle: Living like a River: The three stars and the central channel, Clearing the energy to connect to consciousness through Qigong movements and led somatic meditation.
