Gentle Qigong to Restore Balance in Mind and Body

This type of Qigong is very easy, it does not require any special ability; they are easy forms to just follow along.  This taster will focus on health and well-being.

We will start with some warmups for our bodies and our internal energy bodies. We will then explore the traditional Hua gong healing form and some 5 elements Qigong, making the most of the environment around us.  I hope we can generate balance and vitality together, as well as a calm and clear mind.

Each class includes warmups, easy movements, healing practices (Healing form, 5 elements), Standing and a short meditation.

  • No experience necessary
  • For the bristol Nordic walking group
  • Please wear comfortable, loose clothing
