About the Event

This is a 4 weeks course for Relaxation and Stress release.

When: Tuesdays 6pm-7:30pm

Dates: 4th October; 11th October; 18th October and 25th October 2022

Where: Monmouth Natural Health Centre, The Bridges, Monmouth  (name of room: TROY)

Learn how to regain control of your nervous system: how to switch off the fight & flight and come back to balance.

I will share some theory about the different parts of your brain, the nervous system (vagus nerve) and we will put that in practice.

Each week we do some movement and breathing, then I guide you in hypnosis to go deep into rest and letting go.

What will you gain:

  • An explanation of how the brain works and what is behind why we feel the way we do
  • Gain empowering self-knowledge
  • Some practical strategies and exercises to reduce stress in your life and body
  • A long guided relaxation at every session to support the natural letting go of stress, reducing anxiety and fostering wellbeing

Drawing on 15 years of experience as a clinical hypnotherapist; 25 years as a meditation practitioner and 10 years experience in Qigong.
